  • Director of Performing Arts

    Mullen High School seeks to hire an energetic and committed individual to serve as the Director of Performing Arts/Drama Teacher. This is a part-time opening for the 2025-2026 School Year.

    Position Overview
    Mullen High School seeks to hire a faith-filled, energetic, committed educator to serve as Director of Performing Arts and Drama Teacher. The Director will be in charge of developing and implementing the theater program for Mullen High School and teaching any theater courses the school offers. The Director will stage, prepare, and direct three (3) student stage productions each year, foster an appreciation of Theater, and provide a joyful and supportive learning environment for dramatic development. The applicant would be expected to plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic and dramatic potential. The applicant must be able to plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences and establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Further, the applicant must be able to plan, manage, and produce student productions, overseeing all aspects of performance. The ideal candidate will be an integral member of Mullen’s Fine Arts Department.

  • Registrar & Counseling Assistant

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic, detail-oriented, technology-savvy person to work in our Counseling office. This position reports to the Director of College Counseling and provides primary assistance to our College Counselors and secondary assistance to the Academic-Personal Counselors.

    The Counseling Assistant/Registrar's role is to provide administrative support through various events, correspondence, data management, and organization.

    This is a full-time, at-will, 12-month, hourly staff position beginning in April 2025. This is a full-time, at-will position for the 2025-2026 school year.

    Salary Range: $19.51 - $23.00 per hour

  • Substitute Teachers Pool

    Mullen High School is seeking Substitute Teachers to cover classes for teachers who are on retreat, attending conferences, or traveling to school-related events. Substitute teachers will be asked to monitor classes, proctor tests, and deliver simplified lesson plans.

  • Head Coach - Ice Hockey (Boys)

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic, committed individual to serve as head Ice Hockey coach. This is a seasonal part-time, at-will opening for the 2025-2026 School Year.

  • Medical, Dental & Vision

    Mullen offers Medical, Dental and Vision insurance to all eligible employees through Cigna. We strive to maintain low cost to the employee. 

  • Paid Time Off

    Mullen offers a generous paid time off policy for teaching and non-teaching staff. Paid time off includes vacation, sick time, and family sick time. 

  • Educator Tuition Reduction

    After one year of employment with Mullen, eligible employees are able to participate in tuition reduction for dependents enrolled at Mullen High School. The percentage reduction is dependent on the employees years of service. 

  • Retirement Plan

    Mullen participates in a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligible employees can make contributions into the 403(b) plan up to the IRS's annual limitations. 

    Mullen also offers a Defined Benefit Plan fully funded by Mullen. Employees must remain with the company for 5 years to be vested in this plan. 

  • Life and AD&D Insurance

    Mullen provides all eligible employees with Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance at no cost to the employee. We do also offer a supplement insurance to this category at the discretion and cost to the employee. 

  • Short & Long Term Disability

    Mullen provides all eligible employees with Short and Long Term disability at no cost to the employee. Disability insurance provides benefits that replace part of your lost income when you become unable to work due to a covered injury or illness.
